Tweezing is done with a metal
forceps to manually pull our hair by the root, one hair at a time. It is best used on small areas, like your eyebrows, to remove
stray hairs. It is not very practical for large areas or for
sensitive bikini line skin. NEVER tweeze nose hair – you risk
infection because your nose is a warm, moist incubator for molds. In rare
instances, you may get a pitted scar from tweezing facial
hair.
Electronic
Tweezing
This is not an effective method
and is best to be avoided because the device emits radiation that
can be harmful in the early stages of pregnancy. Electronic tweezers claim
to send a current down the hair shaft so you can gently pull the
hair out. This is physically impossible as hair does not conduct
electricity. Save your money are use the old-fashioned,
non-electric tweezer forceps.
