Foot Exercises

1) Big Toe Pull: Place a think rubber band around both big toes and pull
them away from each other. Hold for five seconds and repeat five times.
This will relieve foot cramping.
2) Fill a foot bath with very warm water. Add three drops of tea tree oil and
three drops of peppermint flavoring. Soak feet for about fifteen minutes, or
until water cools. Dry briskly.
