Your Pillow

Your pillow is important because a the wrong pillow can hold your head at an
awkward  angle and will block effective breathing. Choose a pillow that holds
your head such that your neck stays fairly vertical. I think down-feather-filled
pillows are the best because it will keep my neck straight when I lay on my back,
and I can fold it in half for when I sleep on my side and my neck will still stay
straight. Iím a short lady and Iíve found the Memory Foam pillows are too large
for me to use comfortably, but my husband (who is about 6 feet tall) loves his
foam pillow.
