These oils can be found at a
health food store.
Almond Oil:
Excellent for all skin types to
soften and smooth. Aloe Vera Toner:
Apply aloe vera gel as a gentle
toner. Never, never use any toner containing alcohol – it strips
the skin of natural oils. Apricot Kernel Oil:
Good for delicate and mature
skins. Extremely rich in vitamin A. Avocado
Oil: Good for treating dry or
sunburned skin problems because of its high content of vitamins A
and E.. Flaxseed Oil:
High in vitamin E, and useful
in promoting cell regeneration. Olive Oil:
Great for body and hair.
Maximize the benefits by slightly warming in the microwave. Wheat Germ Oil:
Excellent for sensitive skin
because it can be used as both a face and eye gel. Never use a
facial moisturizer on the eye area if you’re prone to sensitive
skin.
