has changed from fair to dull.
I am student. I am 21 years
old. Up to 3 yrs ago, I was very, very fair, but now I look dark and dull.

Answer It would be
unusual for your skin tone to change, but stress can do strange things.
Being a student can be a lot of work, and the long hours of study and
your anxiety about grades can interfere with your health. You can't look
good if you're not taking care of yourself.
To ease stress, I
suggest these things:
Make sure you get enough sleep. Many people
do not understand how important sleep is. Your brain is on duty 24
hours a day, but your body needs rest. When your body is at rest, your
body can take care of the parts that aren't involved in your physical
needs. Sleep at least 7 hours a day.
Do one thing everyday that
makes you happy or makes you laugh. It can be a small thing like
watching a beautiful sunset, or relaxing in a warm bath with scented
oil, or listening to a favorite piece of music, or dancing to a
romantic song. It can be a quick thing like remembering your
favorite relative who makes you smile, or smelling a fragrant
flower. The important thing is to treat yourself well with something
that is only for YOU.
Wear light colors around your face. White,
yellow, pink will reflect light back to your face and will make it look
lighter. Black, brown, purple absorb the light and will make you
look dull.
Take care of yourself! As your stress level goes
down, you might be able to re-capture your previous glow, which will
make your skin look lighter.

I hope I’ve helped you. Audrey Rose
