Question: I lost my glow. How
can I get it back?
hello maam,
I am married
and my age is 23. I visited your site. It is a good site. I want to ask
that I have a lot of hair loss from the day I got married. I am very much
worried as I had little dandruff too.
I also want to ask that the
past few weeks there is no glow on my face and I am looking some what aged
too. I don't know the reason why? I used to have a lot of glow on
my face, now nothing. After my marriage, I had faced the problem of
pimples.
So, I am sure that u will help me. I have tried a lot but
of no use. I am in great need of the remedies.
Plz tell me the home
remedies.
I will be thankful to u.

Answer:
Congratulations on
your marriage. Being a new wife is a huge change, and many women feel a
little unsure about their new life after all the excitement of
the wedding plans and the ceremony. I hope you and your husband are giving
both of you time to adjust to your new relationship. It takes a
year or two sometimes for new couples to sort out a new life
together.
Losing 50 - 100 hairs a day is natural. If you are losing
more, it could be due to the stress of your new life. You're probably in a
new home and on a new daily schedule, and your body is getting
adjusted. This is also normal. As you relax and become more comfortable in your new home, your hair loss will settle down. If it
continues longer, then you may want to see a doctor, But it's too
soon for that now, I think.
As for your dull skin: that might be
also due to the stress of your new life. Your skin reflects how you feel;
when you're happy and sunny, your skin is happy and glowing. I
have a suggestion that might help restore some glow: smile. When you
smile, you use certain facial muscles that help release
endorphins (your body's natural opiate) into your system and you'll feel
happier. There have been many studies that prove that you can
influence your emotions by exercise, and smiling is one of the easiest
exercises to perform.
Please let me know if this advice
helps. If I have not helped, write to me again with some details -- how
long have you been married? do you have children? -- and I can
think of more tips.
Thank you, Audrey Rose
