I see in your photo that you have a baby. Being a new mother can be exhausting and many women feel depressed from the hard
work it takes to take care of a baby.

Being sure to get enough sleep is your first priority. You cannot feel healthy if you are tired. Your reflexes will be dull and you can't
make good decisions when you are tired. You cannot enjoy your baby or your family when you are tired. Leave some of your
housework undone, or make simple dinners at the end of the day if that will give you another hour or two of sleep each night.
You must be healthy for your family, and sleep is the easiest way to take care of yourself.

Do one thing everyday that makes you happy or makes you laugh. It can be a small thing like watching a beautiful sunset, or
listening to a favorite piece of music, or dancing to a romantic song. It can be a quick thing like remembering your favorite
relative who makes you smile, or smelling a fragrant flower. The important thing is to treat yourself well with something for YOU.

The better you take care of yourself, the better you will feel and the prettier you'll feel. No amount of perfume or make up or herbs
or pretty clothes will make you beautiful until you feel rested and happy.
