I’M ALL WET: BATH AND SHOWER
Bath Stress Relief

1) Brew three cups of very strong chamomile tea. Add to bath water. Chamomile
has soothing, healing properties that ease away tension.
2) Add a few drops of lavender to a warm bath. Many baby body products use
lavender to encourage your baby to relax; it’ll work for you, too.

Bath Mood Elevator:
1) Add 1/4 cup pure vanilla extract to a warm bath. Vanilla lift spirits and revives
you. It also smells wonderful.
2) Take a handful of pine needles and place them in the foot of an old stocking. Tie
the stocking around the faucet so it dangles under the running water. Let the water
soak into the pine needles, releasing that wonderful odor. It will remind you of the
outdoors
